Terms of Use
Updated October 28, 2026
These terms govern the use of PrismWave and the purchase of the license. By creating an account, buying or using the app, you agree to them. This English version is a courtesy translation; if the two differ, the Portuguese text prevails.
1. Who we are and what PrismWave is
PrismWave is a web app offered by PrismWave, CNPJ 65.080.757/0001-88, based in Rio de Janeiro/RJ, that turns audio into animated videos. It runs in the browser at app.prismwave.com.br. Contact: support@prismwave.com.br or WhatsApp +5521966936391.
2. Trial and full version
The trial (app.prismwave.com.br/trial/) is public and needs no account. It includes only the Tree visual, the first 30 seconds of audio and a fixed watermark. We may change or end the trial at any time.
The full version requires an account and an active license.
3. The license
- There are three plans: Monthly (30 days of access), Yearly (365 days) and Founder Lifetime (a single payment, with all updates of version 1.x). Monthly and Yearly do not renew automatically: each payment covers one period and you pay again, by Pix or card, when you want to renew. There is no automatic billing.
- After the paid period ends, access continues for 3 more days of grace so you can renew. After that, access to the full app ends until a new purchase. Your local settings are not erased.
- Renewing before the end adds the new period to the time you have left. Upgrading to Founder Lifetime is a new purchase, with no pro-rata credit for the remaining time. A future 2.x version, if it exists, may be sold separately.
- It is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable. It covers one person, tied to the account email, which must be the same email used for the purchase.
- Each license can be used on up to 3 devices with one open session at a time. You can swap devices, limited to 3 removals every 30 days.
- The license may not be shared, resold, lent or rented.
- The current price and conditions appear on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
4. Account and access
You sign in with a link sent to your email or with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and for everything that happens in your account. Tell us if you think someone used your account without permission.
We may suspend or revoke a license in case of breach of these terms, fraud, account sharing, a payment dispute (chargeback) or a refund.
5. Payment and refunds
In Brazil, payments are made by Pix or card through AbacatePay. When international payment is available, it will be processed by another provider and this page will be updated.
Right of withdrawal: you can request a full refund within 7 calendar days after each payment (Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, art. 49). You request it on your account page, the money returns through the same payment method and the license is revoked. How long the amount takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
After 7 days there is no refund, except where the law requires it.
If you open a dispute with your card issuer or bank without contacting us, the license will be suspended until the dispute ends. If it is decided against us, the license will be revoked.
6. What you can and cannot do
You may use PrismWave to create videos, including commercial ones, for your channels and projects. You may not:
- copy, decompile, deobfuscate, reverse engineer or try to extract the app's code;
- bypass, disable or trick the license check, the device limit or the single session;
- access the app by automated means (bots, scrapers) or overload the service;
- redistribute, resell or publish the app, the visuals or parts of the code;
- use the app to break the law or third-party rights.
7. Your content
The audio, voice, lyrics and videos you create remain yours. PrismWave does not ask for a license over them and, because everything is processed in your browser, it does not receive those files.
You state that you hold the rights to the audio you use (including samples and third-party vocals) and you are solely responsible for publishing the videos you generate. We do not check or guarantee sample clearance or copyright.
Videos may include the “made with PrismWave” watermark. In the full version you can turn it off.
8. Intellectual property
The software, visuals, design, name and PrismWave brand belong to PrismWave. These terms transfer no rights to you other than the usage license described above. Note detection uses open-source libraries, each under its own license.
9. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep PrismWave available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, fix and improve the app, and change features. The app may require a recent browser and a computer with enough graphics capability. Performance varies by device.
If we decide to shut PrismWave down, we will give at least 90 days' notice to the account email.
10. Limitation of liability
PrismWave is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, data loss or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license. Nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you.
11. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or in the app when a change is relevant, and the new version applies to use from the date indicated. Changes do not alter the conditions of purchases already made to the consumer's detriment.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms follow Brazilian law. For consumers, the venue is the courts of your domicile. For everyone else, the courts of Rio de Janeiro/RJ. Before going to court, contact our support at support@prismwave.com.br: most problems are solved there.
